Mutiny Mentoring is a chance to throw some collective weight and brain power behind the challenges we're facing as aspiring pirates. It can be a difficult and lonely path to try and bring about change, so aside from solidarity and crew support, the idea it to crowdsource advice and practical ideas.

For example..

• How can we break down organisational structures that segregate and divide us?

• How do you deal with generational gaps in understanding, skills, knowledge...?

• How can we better approach difficult conversation topics?

Everyone welcome; diverse crew mean better problem solving

If you'd like to put forward a challenge for the group to consider and discuss, please email [email protected] with a brief outline of what you're doing and what problems or barriers you're facing.

There's absolutely no pressure to share on the night, however, it is far easier to understand and process what the problems are and what we could do, with a bit of storytelling. So, please do have a think in advance about whether there's an experience you'd be willing to talk about. Either a problem you've faced, or a solution you've implemented. This will make the session more valuable for everyone.
